Seleccion Sauve is a process in which the Master Distiller selects only the smoothest, best quality anejo tequilas and blends them in accordance with the process established by Don Lazaro Gallardo in 1857. L. Gallardo. Gran Centenario Anejo is made from carefully matured and selected agaves. After a double distillation process, the tequila slowly aged in new white oak barrels that produce its distinctive amber color and a perfect balance between smoothness and taste. The aged tequila then goes through Seleccion Sauve, a meticulous selection process created by our founder, Don Lazaro Gallardo in 1857. 40% alc. by vol. 80 Product of Mexico.Product Number: 00811538014038
