How do I sign up for the weekly email coupon?

  1. Create an account on using your first name, last name, email and, if applicable, your SmartAdvantage Card number.
  2. Once your account has been created, select your preferences for either the Weekly Ad or Weekly Business Ad.
  3. Click “Save Information” to save your selections.

You’re all done! You’ll receive a Welcome email in your inbox within a few minutes. If you do not receive a Welcome email, please check your spam folder.

How do I check the balance on a Smart & Final Gift Card?

You can check the balance on your gift card and review your transaction history by calling 1-888-336-4414.

How do I contact the Smart & Final Credit department?
