Is there a minimum online order amount to qualify for delivery at​

Yes, we have $35 order minimum.

Are there any delivery fees on ​

Orders on have a flat delivery fee of a $9.99

Does Smart & Final offer same-day delivery service?

Yes, we are able to offer same-day and next-day service for select orders. We also provide delivery for larger orders with a 4+ day lead time

Is what is listed on your website guaranteed to be available?

No, inventory is not guaranteed and varies by store. A personal shopper or store associate will reach out if there are any of out of stock items in your order

There is an “Add to cart” button on weekly ad, does this mean the PDF is now shoppable?

Yes, we are adding shopping features across our weekly ads. You can easily add items to your cart from your weekly ads. As soon as the shopping coverage is added to all stores, you will see this enabled across all stores selected

Will the support large orders?

Yes, you can place orders across any volume of items. *Due to COVID-19 some limitation may apply.

Who will do the delivery of these orders?

We have partnered with a vendor to provide delivery of your online orders. The vendor we choose to provide delivery will depend on the size of your order as well as the availability of the vendor by zip code. The vendor delivery partner is

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards: Visa, Master card, Amex, Discover. No checks, EBT, WIC, or gift cards, or S&F

What items are available for delivery and are the prices same as instore?

The items viewed online are associated to your local store, not all items sold in the store are available online, and not all promotions are available online.

My Online order is running late, what should I do?

If for some reason your online order on Smart& has to be rescheduled, you will be notified via text message.

My order was unexpectedly canceled.  What should I do?

If for some reason your online order is canceled for any reason, please be aware your credit card will not be charged for undelivered items.

I placed an online delivery order, but I never received my order, who do contact?  Will I receive a refund?

If for some reason your online order at Smart& is not delivered, your credit card will not be charged. If you have received a charge in error, please allow 24 hours before contacting our team as refunds are processed accordingly.

My shopper missed a few things within my order, will I be charged?

If your delivered order is missing items, please be aware that you will not be charged for the missing items.  A final digital receipt will be emailed to you after delivery.

I need a copy of my receipt.  Who do I contact?

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds for online orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours.  Please allow additional time for the refund to be credited to your account.  As the refund credit may take up to 72 hours depending on the card holders bank.

Why was my online order cancelled?

Online Orders are cancelled due to many reasons mainly due to a customer’s request.  However, there are times when the shopper delivery community is unable to fulfill an order.  In these situations, a full refund is issued.

What if an item(s) that I order are not available when the shopper is completing the order?

Personal Shoppers or a store associate will contact you regarding the missing item(s), substitutions suggestions will be provided.
