Ingredients
Puff Pastry
1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
6 ounces Brie Cheese
1/4 Cup Shallots
2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
1 tbsp Honey
2-3 Pears
2 ounces Prosciutto
1/4 Cup Walnuts
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drizzle lightly with olive oil. 
  3. Sprinkle the shallots and rosemary evenly over the oiled surface. 
  4. Arrange the pear slices and prosciutto on top. 
  5. Fill any empty spaces with pieces of brie cheese. 
  6. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and finish with a drizzle of honey. 
  7. Lay the puff pastry over the entire sheet, covering all ingredients. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown. 
  8. Remove from the oven. Place your serving board or platter on top of the baking sheet, then carefully flip it over to invert the tart. 
  9. Gently peel away the parchment paper, garnish with extra rosemary, and serve warm.
