Ingredients
16 oz. First Street Extra Jumbo Raw Shrimp
16 oz. First Street Deli Style Corn Tortilla Chips
8 oz. First Street Fancy Shredded Cheese, Mexican Style Blend
1 cup pico de gallo
1 avocado, diced or sliced
1 jalapeño, sliced
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup black olives
¼ cup black olives
Lime wedges, for serving
Salt to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Cooking oil, as needed
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. 
2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly onto the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips. 
3. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 
4. While the nachos are baking, prepare and cook your shrimp. Make sure the shrimp is completely thawed. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel, then cut into bite-size pieces. In a medium sized bowl, toss the shrimp with your choice of seasonings and olive oil until evenly coated.  
5. Warm a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2-4 minutes on each side. 
6. Remove the nachos from the oven and top with the cooked shrimp, jalapeños, pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream, cilantro, black olives, and any additional toppings desired. 
7. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
