Santa Cheese Board

Directions
- Place the brie on your serving board and unwrap it.
- Slice off the top layer of the brie (about 1/2 inch thick) to remove the white rind.
- From that rind, cut a long rectangle to form Santa's hat trim and a small circle for the pom-pom. Use the remaining pieces to shape his beard.
- Create Santa's face: use black olives (or your choosen ingredients) for eyes, position the beard, and place half a strawberry as the mouth.
- Form the hat by folding and layering pepperoni slices until you reach your desired size and shape.
- Garnish the board with crackers and sprigs of rosemary, then serve and enjoy!
