


Enchiladas de Queso

1. Heat enchilada sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Lightly fry tortillas in oil (5–10 seconds per side) to soften.
3. Coat each tortilla in the warm enchilada sauce.
4. Add Cacique cheese, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
5. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and top with more cheese.
6. Bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until melted and bubbly.
7. Top with Cacique crema, diced onion, and a drizzle of Tapatío for heat.
