2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, and chopped thyme.
- Marinate the mushrooms in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Skewer the mushrooms and grill over medium-high heat, until just tender and slighlty charred. 2-3 minutes per side. Keep an eye on them.
