Loaded Guacamole

Ingredients
2-3 Avocados
1/4 Chopped Cilantro
1 Jalapeño, remove seeds and finely chopped
1/4 Cup of Tomato, diced
1/4 Cup of Red Onion, diced
1/2 Can of Corn
1/2 Can of Black Beans
Lime Juice
1/2 tsp. Salt, to taste
Directions
  1. Prepare your corn and beans. Be sure to drain canned black beans and corn.  
  2. Cut your avocados in half and remove the pits to scoop out the avocado into a bowl. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
  3. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado to your preferred consistency.  
  4. To your bowl, add the drained beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño (remove the seeds), and chopped cilantro.
  5. Stir the ingredients together with a spoon or spatula until well combined. Be careful not to smash the other ingredients.
  6. Season to your taste. Add more lime juice, salt, or jalapeño to your liking.
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
