Pina Colada Snow Cones

½ cup First Street Pineapple Syrup
½ cup cream of coconut
¼ cup coconut milk
Fresh pineapple, diced
Toasted coconut flakes
Maraschino cherries

- In a small bowl, whisk together the cream of coconut and coconut milk until smooth.
- Fill a snow cone machine with ice and shave according to the manufacturer's instructions. If using a blender, pulse ice until it reaches a fine, fluffy texture.
- Pack the shaved ice into serving cups or snow cone cones.
- Drizzle about 1–2 tablespoons of First Street Pineapple Syrup over each snow cone, adjusting to taste.
- Top with the coconut mixture and garnish with fresh pineapple, toasted coconut, or a maraschino cherry if desired.
- Serve immediately.
