Tobin James Petite Sirah, Midnight Magic, Paso Robles - 750 Millilitre, $21.99
Have you ever wondered why wine is such a satisfying mealtime beverage? Or how wine can turn a simple arrangement of food into a memorable or romantic evening? As a winemaker, I believe there are three qualities that make a wine appealing: Fruit: Does the wine have a natural flavor that makes it rich, round, and complex? Varietal Character: Is there a special flavor that sets all grape varieties and grape-growing regions apart. Balance: Do all the components of the wine make it harmonious, graceful and tempting? This bottle contains all of these qualities.
