Grilled Margherita Pizza

Ingredients
1 tube Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
½ cup First Street Classic Tomato Pizza Sauce (14 oz container)
2 cups First Street Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1 package First Street Cherry Tomatoes (12 oz), halved
¼ cup fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400–450°F).
- Mince the garlic and combine with olive oil in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Unroll the Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust and lightly brush both sides with the garlic olive oil mixture.
- Carefully place the dough directly onto the grill grates. Cook for 2–3 minutes, or until grill marks appear and the bottom is lightly crisp.
- Using tongs, flip the crust over.
- Spread the First Street Classic Tomato Pizza Sauce evenly across the grilled side of the crust.
- Top with shredded First Street Mozzarella Cheese and evenly distribute the First Street Cherry Tomatoes.
- Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is cooked through.
- Remove the pizza from the grill and immediately top with fresh basil leaves.
- Finish with grated Parmesan cheese and a light drizzle of the remaining garlic olive oil.
- Slice and serve warm.
