Cambria Katherine�s Vineyard Chardonnay White Wine is sourced from Santa Barbara County and is an ocean influenced, single vineyard expression of �refrigerated sunshine� in a glass. It is layered, elegant and distinct. This Cambria Chardonnay displays Asian pear, floral, spice, citrus blossom and apple pie characteristics for an elegant dry white wine. It is barrel aged to encourage a rich mid-palate. Additionally, this white wine Chardonnay features fresh fruit and floral aromas with a refreshingly crisp finish. Pair this California Chardonnay dry wine with grilled shrimp with mango salsa, fettuccine alfredo, crab and Caesar salad.
