Stella Rosa Brandy is produced in the rolling foothills of Northern Italy, born from the same region as Stella Rosa Wines. Young and fresh white grape varietals, mainly Trebbiano, are hand-picked at peak of ripeness and fermented in cooling tanks to capture all of the fruit's natural aromas and rich flavors. Crafted in small batches, our brandy is twice distilled in copper pot stills to ensure a smooth, fruit-forward finish. It is then matured in Slavonian oak for six months and mingled with all natural flavors before being bottled in our beautiful custom glass bottle.
