Ingredients
2 cups yogurt
1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup mango or peaches, diced
1 cup pineaple
Additional fruit of choice, as desired
Directions
  1. Wash and prepare your fruit by slicing larger fruit into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir the yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
  3. Spoon a small amount of yogurt into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
  4. Add a layer of fresh fruit, then continue alternating layers of yogurt and fruit until the molds are filled.
  5. Use a skewer or spoon to gently swirl the layers for a marbled effect if desired.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
  7. To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds before serving.
