


Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles
These refreshing yogurt popsicles are layered with creamy yogurt and fresh fruit for an easy summer treat that’s colorful, customizable, and kid-friendly.

Fruit & Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients
2 cups yogurt
1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup mango or peaches, diced
1 cup pineaple
Additional fruit of choice, as desired
Directions
- Wash and prepare your fruit by slicing larger fruit into small bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, stir the yogurt with honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
- Spoon a small amount of yogurt into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
- Add a layer of fresh fruit, then continue alternating layers of yogurt and fruit until the molds are filled.
- Use a skewer or spoon to gently swirl the layers for a marbled effect if desired.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
- To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds before serving.
