Hill’s Smoked Rope Sausage is made with premium all-natural pork, seasoned with our signature spice blend, and double-smoked over premium hardwoods for deep, savory flavor. Enjoy it grilled or pan-fried on its own with mustard and sauerkraut, sliced into hearty skillets with peppers, onions, and potatoes, stirred into pasta or casseroles, or added to soups, jambalaya, and sheet-pan dinners.
