After opting in to receive text messaging, Smart & Final will send periodic texts regarding promotional offers and announcements related to Smart & Final. Smart & Final will only text you up to six messages per month and only when we deem it helpful and important. You agree to indemnify Smart & Final in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by any dispute or claim relating in any way by enrolling or participating in Smart & Final’s SMS communication.

Text messaging will be used by authorized personnel or third-party agency representing Smart & Final. Texts may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.No purchase is required to receive text messages from Smart & Final, and we do not charge to receive them. However, standard text messaging rates from your wireless carrier may still apply. Any costs related with receiving a text message are the responsibility of the individual receiving it. Check with your cellphone provider for details on receiving text messages (SMS).

To receive help, you can reply SMARTHELP or call 800-894-0511.To opt out of the texting service, you can do so at any time by replying STOP after receiving a message.
