  • Highly visible – pylon and monument sign identity required
  • Easy access
  • High traffic locations
  • 5/1,000 square feet parking ratio
  • Free standing sites or inline anchor spaces
  • Minimum population of 60,000 people in a trade area

Deal Structure

  • Existing space – 10 year term with 34 years total
  • New development – 15 year term with 34 years total
  • Reverse Build-to-Suit or Build-to-Suit with S&F preferred Architect and General Contractor

Procedure

All sites are required to be submitted to the appropriate Real Estate person for review and approval. Submittal package criteria can be obtained from the Real Estate Analyst.
