Delivery Updates

We’re committed to getting you the products you need, when you need them. Unfortunately, because of significant increases in demand, delivery orders and time slots are currently subject to change based on the availability of product and shoppers. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Product Limitations – Just like in our stores, we have placed limits on the number of items that can be purchased from certain categories to ensure more of our customers can get what they need. If an item is out of stock, your shopper will notify you to confirm whether you would like a substitute. You will not be charged for any item that is unavailable and not able to be replaced. If we are unable to fulfill your whole order because of lack of availability, you will be notified of a cancellation, and you will not be charged.
  • Delivery Windows – Delivery windows are based on local shopper availability. Unfortunately, if we cannot guarantee a shopper during your requested window, your order may be rescheduled, delayed or cancelled. Shopper availability changes throughout the day so we encourage you to continue to check back.
  • Contactless Delivery - We are pleased to provide you Contactless Delivery as the default setting when shopping through Your shopper will drop your order at your doorstep, and you will receive a text to confirm your order is complete, offering you the convenience of delivery while respecting social distancing.
