The Ultimate Chocolate Milkshake

Making your own chocolate syrup for a milkshake makes all the difference, and this recipe, infused with coffee, is decadent. The syrup stores well in the fridge, so you can also use it as a dipper for strawberries or drizzle it over ice cream. But do save some…it is essential to make the ultimate milkshake!

For the Coffee Chocolate Syrup

1 cup Ambiance Cold Brew Coffee

1/2 cup First Street Granulated Sugar

3/4 cup cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

Directions

Combine the coffee and sugar in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and bring to a simmer. Whisk in the cocoa powder and salt until completely smooth, then remove the Coffee Chocolate Syrup from the heat. Chill completely before using.

For the Milkshakes

1/3 cup First Street Whole Milk

2 tablespoons Coffee Chocolate Syrup

1 pint First Street Vanilla Ice Cream
