Buffalo Tater Treats
This recipe is the ultimate! First Street Tater Treats bathed in buffalo sauce and served with a homemade blue cheese dipping sauce. Serious yum!
4 cups First Street Tater Treats
4 tbsp First Street unsalted butter
1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
Chopped green onions
For the Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
1/3 cup First Street mayonnaise
1/4 cup First Street sour cream
2 tbsp First Street heavy whipping cream
2 oz First Street blue cheese
Juice of 1/2 lemon
First Street salt and freshly ground pepper
Bake the Tater Treats according to package directions.
In a large sauté pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the hot sauce and whisk to combine. Add the baked Tater Treats and toss to coat. Transfer the Buffalo Tater Treats to a serving plate, garnish with green onions and serve with the Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce and celery sticks.
To make the Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, heavy cream, blue cheese and lemon juice in your food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse until smooth.
