Store Manager

Job Description:

This position reports to the District Manager and is responsible for managing daily operations in assigned store, ensuring company standards and store financial objectives are met.

Minimum requirements:

Applicants must have the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, a minimum of three years’ experience in a supervisory retail position with accountability for store operation, including a basic understanding of marketing, finance and human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Senior Assistant Manager

Job description:

This position reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for assisting the store manager in the management of daily store operations and supervises associates in the performance of their assigned work duties.

Minimum requirements:

Applicants must have; the ability to lift up to 60 pounds; a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory retail position, including some understanding of marketing, finance and human resources; progressively greater responsibility and knowledge of all areas of store operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Assistant Manager

Job description:

This position reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for assisting the store manager in the management of daily store operations and supervises associates in the performance of their assigned work duties.

Part-Time or Full Time Service Manager

Job description:

This position reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for maintaining service standards in the store. Performs management-assigned duties, which may include but may not be limited to implementation and management of the FAN customer service program, execution of corporate directives (e.g. action bulletins, product removals, etc.), maintenance of the store’s break room (e.g. job postings, poster programs, ipad, cleanliness, etc.) review of mystery shop performance, front end management, and book keeping duties.

Minimum requirements:

Candidates must have one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Part-Time or Full Time Person in Charge (Freezer Lead)

Job description:

This position reports to the Store Manager/Senior Assistant Manager and is responsible for assisting the store manager in the absence of upper-Management; helping in the management of daily store operations and assisting the manager in supervising associates in the performance of their assigned work duties; Carries store keys to open and/or operate the front entry/exit doors, office, rollup door and registers.

Minimum requirements:

Applicants must have one to three (1 - 3) years related experience; and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Part-Time or Full Time Produce Lead Associate

Job description:

This position reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for the consistent and timely implementation of company produce sales and merchandising programs, and the maintenance of high standards of freshness/quality and cleanliness, during all hours of operation including weekends. They will work closely with the store management team, particularly the Perishables Manager, to insure that the produce department is properly staffed and trained. Performance will be measured through financial reports including sales, gross margin, shrink control, and maintenance of standards.

Minimum requirements:

Applicants must have at least three years related store operations experience including two or more years as an associate with primary produce department responsibility. Experience with merchandising a produce department wet rack is highly desirable. Successful completion of the S&F Produce/Perishables classes is also required. Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Retail Management Certificate is desirable.

Job description:

They will work closely with the store management team, particularly the Meat Merchandising Manager, to insure that the meat department is properly staffed and trained. Performance will be measured through financial reports including sales, gross margin, shrink control, and maintenance of standards.

Minimum requirements:

Applicants must have at least three years related store operations experience including two or more years as a Journeyman Meat Cutter. Successful completion of the S&F Perishables classes is also required. Retail Management Certificate is desirable.
